The Origin of KIC Start, Inc.

The origin of KIC Start, Inc. dates back approximately 15 years, when concerned members of our community gathered to discuss the plight of runaway children in Sandusky County, and the need for a shelter for these children. The services of KIC Start, Inc. were re-assessed when then Juvenile Court Judge Brad Culbert introduced the notion of a supervised visitation home modeled after Patchworks of Seneca County.
